Transparent concrete

What should the customer expect when seeking out a mason? In a word, transparency. What should they look for? Experience. We really pride ourselves on qualities like these. Our process is transparent from beginning to end. We are happy to explain the ins and outs of your project and we encourage our customers to get multiple estimates. We all like knowing whats going on and we recommend you research or double check our answers. Its about transparency, integrity, the golden rule. We want you to know whats going on. We will treat you how we would want to be treated. A good mason will not try to sell you on things you don't need. If there's a better fit or solution and it doesnt include us,thats fine too. We honestly want you to get the best quality results and overall experience. Speaking of experience its something we have plenty of. If you added up our guys actual years experience together its nearly triple digits! We are from here we know our winters are hard on concrete. We know have huge unique ground rocks that might need a heavy piece of equipment to move, and the hill can put an extra strain on things. We have been doing this a long time and bring really valuable perspective to the table. From beginning to end you can expect to talk to the same person, no robots. We will be there to make it simple and easy to get your project done how you want it and with lasting quality. These days it's daunting, the media, the reviews, the amount of company's claiming they'll give you the best deal and they know what they're doing. Here's what you should look at and what to expect : they are willing to take the time to show you what's going on, why it costs that it costs, give a timeline and stick to it, give a cost and stick to it, be respectful of you and your home the entire time and never ever leave the yard mess, during or after , no crew guys mess, ect EVER! ( I personally had a contractor leave tools all over and then leave an actual mess when they were "done". So, true to the golden rule , will not allow clients to get left messy!) This seems like an obvious one but the horror stories about all kinds of contractors are out there. Don't get involved in a contractor catastrophe. Do go with the most honest and experienced mason you can find. If J. Olson Maonry is the one that's great and if we aren't that's okay too! Best wishes on your masonry project!
